The staff at Torbitt's are extremely competent and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is taken care of. The waiting area is clean, as is your vehicle when it's returned to you. As a woman, I can honestly say that I'm treated with respect and as an equal- which is not always the way at other service centers. Highly recommended!

I have been a loyal Torbittite since coming to Oswego in 2004. They have serviced a variety of vehicles with a variety of issues carefully and quickly. They are excellent problem solvers who are not interested in fleecing people. I recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, reasonably priced automotive service.

Finding a mechanic whom you can trust is truly a wonderful thing. Mike and his team have always been honest and helpful with whatever we have needed.

Mike and his staff always take great care of our vehicles. Timely service, updates on maintenance and most important honesty. When I have brought vehicles in to Mike with a problem he always calls to explain what needs to be done and why. If the vehicle is still eligible for warranty coverage he always defers his opportunity to make the repair and sends us to the dealer with specific information to ensure we get it taken care of. I would not have my service done anywhere else.

Everything I needed done wsd done quickly and professionally. This was after multiple failures by the dealership, Torbitts did it correctly the first time. My only complaint is that my Jeep smelled like smoke when I picked it up.

Another great experience. Frustrating when our vehicles have issues but so reassuring we have Torbitt's to find and fix the issues.
